about me
In my 30 years of professional experience as a mediator, systemic family therapist, trauma educator and specialist in perpetrator work in various fields of activity, I have been able to create spaces for people in which change and development can take place. In this process, people experience security and acceptance through a non-judgmental and non-evaluative attitude. In this way, the individual experience, the desired behavioral change and the development of life satisfaction can be worked out respectfully. Working at specialist conferences and leading projects on perpetrator work, domestic violence and restorative justice in the penal system at both state, federal and European levels inspire me to continually work on further developing the concepts of restorative justice, perpetrator work and victim protection.
You are cordially invited to use the following pages to gain a professional overview of my restorative justice work in the penal system, my violence prevention programs and other projects.

“Like a stone thrown into the water that continues to make circles on the surface long after it has sunk, the consequences of a crime are felt for a long time. For those directly affected, their relatives, their closest confidants; for an entire street, an institution with its employees, an entire city, the whole of society. We need to take this into account!”

"A crime is like a stone thrown into water. The stone quickly sinks to the bottom. Circles form on the surface of the water that can be seen for a long time. These circles represent the people and groups who suffer from the consequences of a crime. Often for their entire lives. Those directly affected, their relatives, their circle of friends, an entire street, an institution with its employees, an entire city, the whole of society. This is what we need to focus on!"
