b eck-aktuell (Monika Spiekermann) has thought up some exciting questions for an interview that describe my work as a consultant in the field of restorative justice in the penal system. Specifically, I will be talking about the concept I have developed called "Work on the Part of the Person in the Penal System (BoAS)".
The idea is that victims of crimes can talk to prisoners who have committed similar crimes. This will help prisoners to better understand the perspective of those affected, and victims will be able to better understand how someone becomes a criminal.
